“Before the tour Hector was quick to respond to e-mails and helpful with directions to the cooking class. The class was located in a beautiful open space / garden with all utensils and ingredients fresh from the market. He showed us and explained all the steps allowing us we were a total of 6 people to follow the recipes and techniques.
