They claim they will send details in advance but you will actually have to contact Viator Support to get a response from them. I sent several messages that went ignored. I stood with my luggage and waited 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The driver talked on his phone, texted, and combed his hair instead of focusing on driving. I made it to my destination but only after he made a wrong turn and other questionable driving decisions. Do NOT recommend.”

Edgar (the driver) and Juan Carlos ( the tour guide) were both great. Huayna Picchu is a steep trail and narrow at some points but the tour guide stopped and multiple points so that we could catch out breath and continue on. Our train back was delayed 1.5 hours because a tree obstructed the train tracks and even though the company (Peru Rail) were terrible at giving updates and providing information I informed the tour guide through…”
